Point Walk (FULL)

The walk is about 7kms and will take roughly 3 to 4 hours, the area is perfectly safe. So it is a case of comfortable closed in walking shoes, bring a bottle of water, your camera and a sun hat.

Lets Gijima for Cansa 2020
In light of WORLD CANCER DAY, the CANSA Association of South Africa will be Hosting its Annual 5km Family Fun Run/Walk at The Bay of Plenty Amphitheater At the Durban beach Front promenade called LET'S GIJIMA FOR CANSA & GET CANSA ACTIVE.
The race will Start at the Amphitheater,route towards Ushaka Marine and Finish at the Amphitheater.
The Event is on the 9th of FEBRUARY 2020 and they are inviting all Durbanties to get Active, Healthy and strong with the whole family at the same time you will be contributing to a local organisation that has been educating the public and offering support services for over 40 years to cancer patients and their families.
The fun run is aimed at creating awareness about living a healthy lifestyle and the realisation that everybody can make a difference in the fight against cancer. By ensuring that your family has a regular healthy diet and exercise.

Illovo Music Festival
For the first time ever The Beer Garden at Illovo Nursery will be hosting a music festival.
15+ Musos playing in various bands will be jamming your favourite songs. 80's, 90's, Country, Pop, Rock, One Hit Wonders, Neil Diamond Tribute Act and much much more.
This event will start at 1pm sharp and last song will be played around 9pm. The Beer Garden will be open from 9am.
There will be a huge kids play area with swings, slides, jumping castle and jungle gyms. They have a fully stocked bar as well as a very appetising menu.
All Super Rugby games will be broadcast live on our big screens.
