Television has brought great sporting events right into the living rooms of homes around the world but there is still no substitute for being right there, right in the thick of things, to experience the sights and the sounds and, above all, the adrenaline rush that comes with live action.

On Saturday 7 July, the adrenaline will be flowing like water among the massive crowd expected at Greyville Racecourse in Durban for the running of the R4.25 million, Grade 1, Vodacom Durban July, the greatest racing, fashion and entertainment extravaganza on the African continent.

On that day Greyville and its surrounds will be teeming with people and vehicles. The best way to avoid being held up in queues of people and cars is to secure entrance tickets early.

The parking area on the Golf Course can only take a set number of cars and only this number of Parking Tickets will be sold. If you do not have a Parking Ticket for this area please do not attempt to access this area as Parking Tickets for this area will NOT be sold on the day of the Vodacom Durban July.

Durbans biggest international comedy export returns home to host some of the funniest young comics in South Africa over a series of comedy shows at the Garden Court Marine Parade on Durban beachfront.

2018 Tsogo Sun Amashova Cycling Event

The Tsogo Sun Amashova Durban Classic is an annual mass participation cycle event that takes place in October each year and attracts over 10 000 cyclists nationally.

The oldest Classic in South Africa will be celebrating their 32nd race in 2018. The route follows that of the famous Comrades Marathon between Pietermaritzburg and Durban and has distances of 35km, 65km, 106km and the additional route of 160km introduced in 2018.
