Festive Indian Feast Cooking Class
With the festive season around the corner, there's a fair bit of entertaining going on. Join us at the Holi Cow to learn how to prepare a flop proof exotic Indian feast. The class will be hosted by Yudhika Sujanani and is a hands on cooking experience as she shares all the hints and tips to creating spicy feasts! On the menu...saffron spiced lamb pilau, chicken korma brinjal in coconut sauce and prawn masala. On the dessert menu we have decadently creamy creme brûlée. The class includes ingredients and Yudhika's recipe book, Curry Me Home again.
