Both events are being held at the Royal Cape Yacht Club in Cape Town and will be led by ORC Chief Rating Officer Zoran Grubisa. All interested measurers, race committee members and sailors are invited to attend to learn more about the ORC rating system’s topics on measurement procedures, data analysis, certificate processing, and race management, both in theory and in practice.
